What we store

When you sign in with Google we store your email address and a profile with your credit balance and credit history. Digests you generate while signed in are stored and publicly visible. If you write to us through the contact form, we keep the message and your email so we can reply.

What we don't

We don't run ads, don't sell data, and don't use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. The browser storage we use is only what sign-in needs to keep your session. Card details go straight to Stripe; they never touch our servers.

Anonymous use

You can browse and generate digests without an account. We keep short-lived request logs (including IP addresses) to enforce fair-use limits and keep the service healthy; anonymous digests aren't saved to history.

Services we rely on

Viral Digest runs on a small set of processors: Supabase (accounts and data, hosted in the US), Stripe (payments), Render (hosting), and Supadata (transcript retrieval). Video metadata comes from YouTube API Services; Google's Privacy Policy applies to that data.

Your choices

Want your account and its data deleted, or a copy of what we hold about you? Contact us and we'll take care of it. Note that transcripts already produced are part of the public store and aren't tied to your identity.
